Here’s our new demo for our Movie Trailer spoofs. This past year we played these spoofs right before the Same Day Edit videos… just like real movie trailers! The brides & grooms go through a roller coaster ride of emotions as they laugh their heads off during the movie spoof then relive their wedding day on their wedding day!
It’s spring… but it sure feels like summer! Recently, we went out on a hot, summer-like Sunday afternoon to shoot a video promo for our friends at John Lauren Photography. Here are some pics from our latest escapade. The video will be out soon.
Here’s a highlight video from Krysti & Dave’s wedding which took place at the Rancho Sol Del Pacifico estate in the Malibu hills. It was a beautiful setting, with plenty of gorgeous colors and details. Enjoy!

I just saw one of the best movies of 2007… a little movie called Once.
I love movies. I love music. And when the two come together in the great way… it’s magical. This movie is an absolute gem. If you saw the Oscars, they won the Best Original Song award (for the song “Falling Slowly“) and their acceptance speeches were one of the highlights of the show. The movie was shot in Ireland on 2 video cameras, a shoestring budget, and done in only 17 days! If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend seeing it. It’s funny, romantic, and tells a beautiful story about two people making music. I guarantee you’ll watch it more than once.
This weekend we’re celebrating the 6th anniversary of our first theatrical-length movie trailer for a wedding, “The Matrix: Engaged”. The Matrix spoof stars Kristine & Brian and a wonderful cast of their friends and family. This still remains one of our favorites. Happy Anniversary Brian & Kristine! What do you get when you put together a softball, a little rain, and fun group from the bay area? A Same Day Edit video for Rochelle and Ernesto!
Although they make their home in the bay area, Rochelle and Ernesto had their wedding in Pasadena (Rochelle grew up in the San Fernando Valley). Their ceremony was at Holy Family Catholic Church in South Pasadena and their reception was held at the Westin. Rochelle and Ernesto had a great audience for their video presentation and there were many cheers throughout the SDE (When I met Rochelle and Ernesto, they had mentioned to me that they had met while playing softball… instantly, I thought that would be a great prop to feature in their Same Day Edit). It was a great party with great music (I found myself singing along with some of the guests during the Money Dance).
